Fillable character sheet problems

I was just using the "Alternative" - "Form Fillable" chacrater sheet (I really liked better the design choice of splitting skill lists based on abilities, even if it means that you have to search a little longer if you don't know which ability rules, I don't know, Nature for example).

 

Unfortunately, two of mistakes were made on naming the checkboxes and the value field for some skills:

 - the checkbox for Medicine mistakenly refers to Investigation, so the two can only be ticked/unticked together;

 - the value box for Insight mistakenly refers to History, so the two can only be changed together.

 

I can change it manually in the PDF file, but a re-upload of the corrected version would be nice.

I notices one more thing: the skill modifier boxes apparently only take 2 characters. So "+10" does not fit.

On the regular character sheet under Attacks and Spellcasting the name space will only fit 7 characters and the damage 8 characters. On the alternate sheet it will auto resize the font correctly.
