So you want to beat up your bully in a humiliating manner. What could be more humiliating than getting clobbered with a teacup? It's simple... team up with a level 20 monk. Throw your teacup as an improvised weapon at the monk, who uses deflect missiles on it, sending it at your bully. Deflected missiles count as monk weapons, meaning that the monk's martial arts damage of 1d10 can be used... +5 because surely he's got a 20 dex.   Alternatively, to send messages long distances instantly, line the road with monks, let's say 300 feet apart. Tie your message to an arrow, shoot it with a longbow at the first monk, who deflects it to the second... etc. all the way down the road. In one round you've sent your arrow all the way to Capitol City.
