Beautifully done, but I just can't take the name "Necromonger" seriously. There's got to be a better synonym for Necromancer. I prefer Necrolyte or Necromage, personally. A Monger is a salesman. I highly doubt most Necromancers are selling their soldiers to others armies, though there is a role for that (Dragon Tooth Warriors (Skeleton body guards) are a great example of that in many games).

I guess my big issue is that the concept isn't broad enough to feature various different archetypes. Necromancer works better in various different classes (Death Domain Cleric and School of Necromancy Wizard in canon; and we could guess at various future subclasses – (ghost-summoning ectoplasmic) Shaper Mystic, Lich Patron Warlock, College of Tragedy Bard, Vampiric Sorcerer, Circle of Ancestors Druid, etc).
