I see that some people are already playing, or played, the starter box set already. How is that? The box is not releaseing till the 15th?
"Wizards Play Network" stores (or something like that) received their Starter Set boxes on the 3rd (same day as the Basic PDF drop). They wanted to give those stores that do events like Magic tournaments and such an advantage/incentive/gift and let them sell before others.
Also places like Indigo in Canada(the online part not the physical store) sent(at least some) orders out so that I(and other lucky canucks) got our orders on or before July 3rd. Not cool for the B&M stores, I agree, and may be breaking some agreements, but yay anyway
