You can't.  It's part of what makes fighter's special.

 

But presumably there will be a feat.

With Basic you can't sure other classes will have it in the Player's Handbook come August.  There was a feat in the playtest that gave you it, as well as another cleric domain, so I am sure there will be more just nothing now.

You play cleric. Life domain gives it.
