By getting a passcode from your friendly local gaming store who is registered with WOTC.

Or looking up the passcodes online. They're not a very well-kept secret. I won't say where they are, though.

Once you have the passcode for this season (and it differs by season), you can go to the Adventure League website, and there should be a log-in page, separate for each Season of play. Enter in the passcode, and you can download every single adventure that's been released for Adventure League Encounters and Expeditions play thus far – some in the current season still haven't been released, because they spread them out over the course of the season.

As for the third pillar, you cannot download Adventure League Epics in any legal way. You must go to the convention and play it there. Besides, these games are created for MULTIPLE parties all at once. It would be hard to run an Epic without basically creating your own mini-convention.

Keep in mind that Expeditions are only meant to be played at a public event sponsored by your local gaming store. WotC does not want people obtaining these adventures with the sole purpose of running them at home. Whether or not you feel the need to abide by WotC's wishes is up to you. Some here clearly do not feel they have any obligation to (although in that case you might as well download them illegally through a torrent).

I do wish they were more like PFS in that they were available for sale and could legally be ran at home as long as the session was reported.

Hey, if WoTC is too stupid to figure out they could make another $1 from me by posting a PDF..... Well, that's their loss.

Another note: Encounters are essentially subdivisions of the published book, and don't usually cover the entire adventure (basically, a free preview for players at participating gaming stores. Expeditions are unique, but while they debut at conventions, they are perfectly legal for play at your friendly local gaming store.  I would suggest talking with your store owner, seeing if you can set yourself up as a DM at the store, and then bring your group to the store to play, if you want to play Expeditions the way WotC wants you to do it.

If you have the log-in (because you're set up as a store-assigned DM, or because you cheated and found the log-in online), you can download the adventures and play them at home. Keep in mind, however, that if you ever play in an Adventure league convention, your renown and levels and such will ONLY carry over if you've been playing through the store-system Adventure League, or if you've been playing at home using this season's adventure product or else the Lost Mines of Phandelver. So you can't find the log-in, play the Expeditions at home, and take your results with you to GenCon for a D&D Epic. You need to play by the rules if you want to use that character at the convention. The point is to get people playing where WotC knows that they're playing, and get them involved in the community, and get them evangelising new players as well.

I really wish you could buy these adventures, I heard a lot good about them. Only very few countries even have stores that support AL. What about other countries? Currently no way to get them legally. =/

I'd buy them or even go to a store that supports it if it was available here.
