| #1KendrenAug 30, 2014 16:50:16 | I was asking becouse I was wanting to run it over a convention at my university as a newbie game using the pregens. I am not looking for it to start a campaign. If the players where keen to keep playing, I would want them to start again so that they can gen their own characters. I wouldlikely go on to run Tyranny of Dragons (I have an idea for homebrew campaign setting but im waiting for the dungeon masters guide and am really digging the focus on dragons so I dont want to pass this up).
If I run over the entire convention I am likely to have at least 15 hours with more if people are ok with staying up really late. The convention runs from 7pm on a friday through the night and ends on saturday at midnight. (It technically does go on on sunday but the university larp system uses that day and most of the convention rooms).
Is it likely that I could pull the entirety of Lost Mines of Phandelver in this time frame without having to stay up all friday night? If not I may end up just running the first part and offer to run the rest over several sessions if people want to continue. This way I can at least not steal people for the entire convention. |
