However, being frequently redirected in one entry to see another slows things down and is annoying and unnecessary. PLEASE simply include page numbers for all entries. In most cases it doesn't take up any more real estate, and in many cases it could actually take up less real estate as the reference becomes unnecessary. Allowing room for more entries!
For example "underwater combat. See under combat" would be a lot more useful if just replaced with "underwater combat, 198".
Please correct this in future printings of the PHB! I promise to buy another copy if you do. And please do the same in any future releases. (I understand that it is probably too late for the first printings of the DMG and MM.)
Am I the only one who thinks this important? Is there anyone who prefers the index with many entries without page numbers the way it is? |
