I always wonder if anyone ever, EVER uses those "death saves" check boxes. It's only been 1 round, have you already forgotten how close your character is to dying?

Putting the skills under each Ability is brilliant.  The only thing I would add is a label for spell attack modifier and spell DC.

Not form fillable.  Would not use.

Looks neat though.

I have the opposite opinion. It is very busy, and the artwork is such that it is distracting and detracts from the relevant information you are looking for. It also has very little space for class features, equipment, etc.

I do enjoy visually appealing character sheets, however this is not one of them IMO, nor do I find its layout and font choices very practical. YMMV

Well, it does look pretty with the artwork, but it is definitely short on space to record much information.

Has a very fighting fantasy character sheet to it. For me it is too busy, and finding infomation would slow down. I do like that the list the different armour and weapons and you can select the check box to show what you are skilled with.

Like the aesthetics, would want to rejigger the space allotted for everything.

Honestly, to make it less "busy" the easiest thing to do would be to decrease the weight of the lines and maybe make it off-black instead of black to soften it up a bit.

That is, by far, the worst character sheet I've ever seen.

Oh wait, no, I forgot. The winner of the playtest design was still worse than that.

I like it a lot better than the sheets that look like tax forums. I prefer big main numbers over room for lots of info. (Although, I prefer one small card that have even less info.) If I need to track a bunch of stuff (like equipment or spells) give me blank, lined paper that is seperate from my main sheet. I have never been happy with that stuff on my character sheet; same with current HP.

Only problem, IMO, is the Attacking + Spellcasting section. I would prefer to lose the equipment section and give that a lot more room. Stuff is going to be spilling onto the back of the sheet anyways, might as well have it start there.

I like to see how my scores get to their totals. I want to know how much of my score is Proficiency, Ability Mod, and Expertise (if applicable), so I started tweaking my 3x sheet.

It's a work in progress, and I'm sure tons more will change along the way.

After reviewing/reading the new PHB (5th E), I'm really curious about the upcoming MM.

Although I eventually abandoned 4E, I liked some of their innovations.

(1) Minions --  These pesky, numerous masses of sword and arrow fodder were a great idea, and I'd like to see similar versions in the new edition.  Otherwise, I'll have to house rule my own.

(2) Mobs --  I liked how these were represented in 4E and hope the MM or DMG finds a way to incorporate crowds of NPCs/monsters into the new edition.

My group loves the look of this character sheet.  I hope the designer makes a spell sheet to accompany.
