#1 yrtalien Aug 09, 2014 8:13:52	Was expecting the Basic Guide to be updated yetserday and now I have a Warlock in my group who I need to award a magic item too.  I didn't play alot of 4.0 or the playtest so I really have no idea how to craft one myself.  My player chose the class because he loved Warlock in 3.5 and he's hoping for alot of the same feel...  My players are starting at 5th level with (I promised them) one nice magic item and then things like potions of healing.   I have a Bard in the group too but I can probably throw a +1 sword at her and some +1 armor and she will be happy... the Warlock is going to want something that interacts with his powers...   Can anyone help with some thoughts on how to 5.0 flavor a magic item for a Warlock?  Did they have anything in the playtest?   Oh and if you can think of something snazzy for a Bard too I wouldn't turn my nose up : )   Oh, he's a blastery Warlock, Elder pacted with a Tome.  Going full blast and taking the invocation (eventually) for the tome.   Thanks
