Lost Mine Of Phandelver Misprinted book

My son has discovered DnD and we went and picked up the starter set. As we were working our way through the adventure we found that our Lost Mines of Phandelver was not printed correctly. It goes from page 40 to page 33. So we have pages 33-40 twice in the book and the it goes from page 40 (the second time) to page 49 and we are totally missing pages 41-48. Is there an easy way to get a PDF of just those pages? I can add some pictures of the book in a little bit.

If you get in touch with Wizards, they will replace it for you. There are no pdfs.
