Magic Item Help?

 If anyone here can give me a hand I need to create a magical sword for oneof my PCs. It is a +1 gladius (short sword) and in previous editions it would be a Dragonbane weapon or Sword of Dragon slaying. 

 

3. 5. +1 weapon becomes +3 and bonus 2d6 damage vs Dragons.

 

AD&D. Becomes +4 weapon, triple damage vs Dragons. 

 

 I'm not sure if I want to do either of these options and I am thinking of the sword giving the wielder advantage vs Dragons and resistance to Dragon breath weapons. The sword will most likely end up in the hands of a Rogue (thief) the the advanatage thing will allow sneak attacks vs Dragons I suppose.
