| #1LordDreadmanSep 07, 2014 22:24:14 | It's been a while since I've bought D&D products, but I noticed that my local gaming shop had a copy of the Player's Handbook prior to August 19th, so I wondered if that's common with D&D releases now.
If so, how long before September 30th can I expect to see the Monster Manual on my local gaming shelf?
Thanks! Lord Dreadman |

That said, the typical early release date is two Fridays prior to the listed release date. In the case of the Monster Manual, which has a listed release date of the 30th, that would be Friday the 19th. |
