#1 CCS Apr 15, 2015 18:37:42	Ok, so the group I'm DMing for is about to spend the evening partying with a bunch of sayters. While I have some ideas, I'd like some more. SO; you're partying the night away with sayters.... What happens? Give me 1 thing. No degree of debauchery/chaos/etc is too much (though editing to fit on these boards might be a trick). Thanks

The night never seems to end, but just continues until the player characters lose track of it entirely. Finally the fall asleep, naked, happy and exhausted under the stars. When they wake up they are still naked, and it is mid winter. The snow on the ground is one meter thick. Six months have passed. Time for some survival checks and clever ideas on how to get to the nearest town (2 days walking) without dying of cold. Meanwhile the campaign has also moved 6 onths ahead and the major bad guys have advanced their schemes dramatically. Maybe they are even lying in wait for the freezing and unarmed adventurers?
#5 Touc Apr 16, 2015 10:54:49	Animal masks that if worn too long stay on so one has to chitter and talk like a racoon, donkey, etc., perhaps only for the evening (from Hulderfolk in Dragonlance).   No clothes (mythology satyrs were creatures of fertility, which depends on how adult a game you play).   Anything symbolizing the release of one's inner animal from its human self   Wine tasting contest, perhaps stealing some wine from another fey party (drunken elves, pixies, etc.)   Dancing contest, as crazy as can be done (if your players are the type who would do this), live action by the gamers demonstrating their great moves
#6 MechaPilot Apr 16, 2015 16:34:01	Satyrs are fey creatures heavily associated with carnality and fertility.  Aside from the usual stuff that goes along with all of that, I think satyrs are probably fey-bros.  I think a satyr party would definitely include some kind of sporting event.  It could be wrestling, races, attempting to ride a wild animal the longest, or some kind of made-up fey sport, but I definitely think it would be as much a part of a styr party as music, drinking, and fornication would be.

But making it a real time shift just won't work storywise. I'd LIKE to run a few 1-on-1 sessions with the dragon-born, letting him explore the "future". Alas, real world time constraints don't allow for that.... And it'd be unfair & impractical to do that during the regular sessions. So as they deal with the fallout of the party & clean up the debris they'll find the passed out DB.
