Can anyone please tell me the name of the artist who did the piece on page 10 of the 5e PH? Thanks.

Wish I could tell you, but I can't tell just by looking at the image.  It is nice art, however. 

 

FYI, I do have a habit of collecting many art illustrations for D&D... if nothing else, so that I can use them to "show" my Players what they are looking at (for example) when they see a Githyanki or an Ankheg for the first time.   If the illustrator was one of my favorites (e.g. Ralph Horseley D&D art is awesome) then I would have recognized it.

 Pretty sure it's by one of the newer artists doing illustrations for 5E, don't recognize the style.
