Now that I know it exists, I will be looking for a similar disclaimer in my MM and DMG once I obtain them....   I love a few of the warnings however.... sticking appendegages in the mouth of a leering green devil face.....  Oh Myyy.   saying yes when the DM asks, "Are you really sure?" Evil grins.   Accepting a dinner invitation from bugbears.... lol what?
