It's good to see a pretty comprehensive index in the new PHB, but far too many entries redirect the user to another entry rather than simply repeating the appropriate page numbers. That's a real pain in the backside for the user, and it's not as if it even saves any ink or line-space in the index text.

I'd like to see made available a printable erratum document rectifying this situation so that I can have a more usable page reference.

I must say I'm impressed with the index, simply due to its size. (And small print--I always feel like I'm getting more value for my money with smaller print). It seems really comprehensive. Think of just about anything you're trying to find in the book, and it's probably in there.

So a thumbs up from me on the index.
