For example, the Crushing Wave cult has:
Crushing Wave Priest Crushing Wave Reaver Dark Tide Knight Fathomer One-Eyed Shiver Shoalar Quanderil (more of an NPC foe - He's a water genasi) Gar Shatterkeel (another NPC foe with legendary resistance and actions when he's in the water node) plus other villians.
That's just the water dudes. Then there are more for the earth, air and fire.
Lots of new foes. |
