I dont want to know full details due to copywrite im just wanting to know things like "Their is a half-succusbus race called X, two new arytpes for cleric and yes/no they are new spells". thanks. |

Well, if you look here at the Adventurer's League Player's Resource page, there is an Adventure's League player's guide that tells you all of the resources they allow:
Now unless "Out of the Abyss™ appendix A" includes some player material, I doubt it. Most likely it could have resources to more creatures/undead/fey/whatever to summon or something like that. Maybe player campaign specific backgrounds and or alternate starting gear and such, that sort of thing. But I don't have the book yet so I can't really say.
But that, combined with the product page not touting new character options in order to get players to buy it (like they usually do, as you can see for the product description of Sword Coast Legends)... I would say it is unlikely it has anything in the ballpark of what you are likely hoping for in regards to additional player material.
Out of the Abyss product page: https://dnd.wizards.com/products/tabletop-games/rpg-products/outoftheabyss
Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide product page (for comparison): https://dnd.wizards.com/products/tabletop-games/rpg-products/sc-adventurers-guide
I always look forward to new player content, but I wouldn't hold my breath for anything intended to be groundbreaking. I would imagine it probably contains new magic items, but that's more DM tools that players use, not directly player creation related.

"Compatible with Rage of Demons storyline: Make characters for use with the Out of the Abyss adventure and fight back the influence of the demon lords in the Underdark below the Sword Coast." |

Keep in mind they may also do something like they did for PotA with the EEPC and have a pdf with some extra player options. They try to minimize player content in the adventure books as those are geared to the DM. |

They didn't technically cancel the book as it never made it far enough to be announced/scheduled, but they did state there was originally a "plan" to have one though it sounds more like it was an idea that didn't get realized in time to make it reality.
I do think SCAG will be the "player companion" to Out of the Abyss but we may still see a pdf supplement with a handful of options in it. I don't think it's likely but I wouldn't rule it out entirely. It may even just end up being a subset of what's in SCAG so people don't have to wait 2 months past the AP coming out to utilize the information. After all the reprinted the Genasi and a bunch of spells in both the EEPC and in Princes of the Apocalypse. |
