At least my box was missing those

That's the first one I've heard of with this problem. I'd say that it's time to contact the place you bought it from for an exchange.

Not worth the trouble, gasoline or environment to drive for almost 200 kilometers for the dice. I am happy if this doesn't turn into bigger problem.
