Starter Set Store Locator

So, my FLGS which is a Wizard Network store and listed on the store locator on this site, won't sell me a copy of the starter set because they aren't allowed to until the 15th.  This baffled me...is there anywhere that lists all of the "select hobby stores" which are able to sell the starter set
