I mean obviously a paralyzed creature shouldn't be able to, but we have poor wording in the basic rules (again). They state you can't take actions or reactions, but say nothing about the other action types. |

Any rules regarding concentration spells? A wizard could use witch bolt, get stunned, then continue damaging an enemy with the spell while incapacitated. |
