Legendary actions?

Lair actions?

Concentration?

I mean obviously a paralyzed creature shouldn't be able to, but we have poor wording in the basic rules (again). They state you can't take actions or reactions, but say nothing about the other action types.

I think that PHB stuff needs to be in the basic DMG

I think it shouldn't require scouring two separate books to figure this stuff out.

Any rules regarding concentration spells? A wizard could use witch bolt, get stunned, then continue damaging an enemy with the spell while incapacitated.

Doesn't Witch Bolt require an action each time you zap with it?

Wow,  I never thought Lawolf would advocate2e.   That edition duplicated the same chapters in the PHB and the DMG.
