So if all the planes were connected not bey portals and planeshifts but by extraplanar subway and planar trains, which planes would be on each line. Where would the transfers be?   For example, The Train of Water would roll through mostly the Plane of  Water. Going Airward, the train would go to the Pare-Elemental Plane of Ice for transfer the Train of Air and Earthward it would hit the Plane of Ooze for connections to the Train of Earth. Somewhere withing the stations for the Plane of Steam and Plane of Salt exist for the Positive and Negative lines.   For the most part it would only enter the top layers of planes most planes but after the station to the Plane of Salt there might be Stygia and Cania and before the Plane of Steam be a icy peak of Mount Celestia or a chaotic globe of water in Limbo before it moves.   The Water Line Plane of Ice | Cania, Fifth layer of the Nine Hells | Stygia, Eight layer of the Nine Hells | Plane of Salt | Plane of Water | Plane of Steam | The Peak of Mt. Celestia | Susanowo's Realm in Limbo | The Plane of Ooze   What are your ideas?
