When you select Medicine as a proficient skill, Intimidation also gets selected. If you unselect Intimidation, it unselects Medicine.
I guess that means don't piss off the cleric 
Yep. It's clearly a glitch, and one we all hope will be fixed soon(!) - along with some other form-fillable problems. There's an older thread here that lists the issues uncovered so far.
