#1 Emanuele_Galletto Dec 09, 2014 18:52:45	Hello guys! Seems like my brain won't go to sleep, so here I am, at 4 AM. Yesterday I was talking with a friend and we discussed a bit about monster PCs. After a while, we remembered the Vampire class from D&D 4E essentials. IIRC, it was considered an underpowered class, a sub-optimal striker. However, the concept of the vampiric heritage or vampiric curse as a "class" feature always struck me as very innovative. I love it as much as I love 3E's warblade, to be honest.   So I thought: how could I introduce something like that in 5E? I skipped through the PHB and it came to my mind that a PC's relationship with a vampire master (or with the vampiric curse itself) is similar to a Warlock's bond with his or her patron. Now I know that, to some, this might be a bit of a stretch but...   Here's what I came up with. #2 cowleymen Dec 13, 2014 10:29:29	THe warlocks recharing spells actually fit quite well with the idea of being vampire spawn. It needs a bit of playtesting, but i think this could be a good start for monster PCs
