Transition between LMoP and PoA?

Somewhere I remember reading that WotC is going to release a little "transition" adventure or sorts between the Lost Mine of Phandelver (starter set) and Princes of the Apocalpyse (the new aventure path). Does anyone know of a source or confirmation of this? I can't seem to find where I heard this.

I haven't heard that before. I'm not sure how it would work, either, since LMoP ends with the PCs at 5th level, while PotA starts them at 1st and takes them all the way up to 15th or so.
