I did some searching thrrough old Dragon Magazines and found this in Issue #223:

 

Hound of Tindalos (Dragon #223)

 

Once I searched Google for "Hounds of Tindalos", there were many similar images; the following is probably the most similar:

The Wikipedia article has some background on their origin. I didn't find any actual game statistics, even in the Dragon Magazine article.
