Upside Down Monster Manual

I finally got my D&D Next Monster Manual and DM Guide.

I love the artwork and content in these books and I can't wait to dive in!

I noticed something strange though. My Monster Manual is completely upside down. Is this a known problem or am I holding a limited edition?

Yours is the second I have heard of, so that sounds like a pretty limited print defect that maybe will be worth something to some crazy collector.

So, did you try holding it right-side-up?

Kidding. Do you mean the cover is one orientation and the insides are the opposite orientation? That's crazy.

I've only heard of one other person reporting this issue, so it may be a rare error copy. Could be worth a lot some day.

My FLGS got an upside down PHB. the store owner bought it for himself IIRC.

My PHB and MM suffered beer damage recently, so I've been looking for replacements. I think I'm going to start scouting the FLGSs for screw ball copies like this. 

 

As stated above, possible collectors item, so a lucky find IMO.

Hold onto that one! Could sell it latter for a tidy sum! Kind of like one of those stamps that got printed the wrong way (though not as much as that!)
