#1 Thalion94518 Jul 13, 2014 20:58:05	Can anyone recommend any videos of play that do not involve the Starter Set adventure?   My 12 year old son and my girlfriend have expressed an interest in learning how to play.  I'm actually going to wait until the Players Handbook comes out to start, but I wanted to refer them to examples of actual play so they can get an idea what this hobby is really all about.   I know Wizards have said that they're going to produce "How to Play" videos, but I was wondering if there was anything they could watch in the meantime?   As I was planning on running the starter set adventure, I would like to avoid anything related to that if possible.  Ideally, if it involved people new to d&d, that would be great!

#4 UYtrdennis Jul 14, 2014 3:59:51	Yeah, the wizard's guys did The Lich Queen's Beloved too. I love how it all went south at the end, no domineering DM to save the adventure. Those adventures are best ones. You always remember those, even twenty years later.
#5 Thalion94518 Jul 14, 2014 18:23:00	Thanks, Nausicaa.  I'll go take a look at that one now.   I do know about the Bilsland one.  I'm trying to avoid using that because I was hoping to use the adventure myself.
