#1 Slit518 Jan 11, 2015 10:05:48	If you have a gaming group online, what program do you use?  Is it free or does it cost money?  Where can I (we) get it?  What resources does it have available to it?  Thanks in advance for any information regarding this. I myself have always used Open RPG, but am wondering what else may be out there which you'd recommend.

#6 EthanSental Jan 11, 2015 13:05:42	I'm looking forward to Tabletop Connect that Carl is developing right now. It's looking like a great program to use when it's finished soon. In beta testing right now but being able to drop in pdf maps and create a 3d dungeon from the layout looks pretty awesome. I'm working on maps now from some of my old 2e boxed sets to get used to the program.
#7 1eejit Jan 11, 2015 14:27:38	Roll20. Free to use, but has a couple of nifty additional features if you subscribe. It has many free resources like tokens, plus some premium ones you can buy via microtransaction.
#8 Psikerlord Jan 11, 2015 19:28:34	Roll20 is excellent.   Tabletop simulator on steam looks amazing to me and I suspect I would prefer it to Roll20 - but it's USD $15 per person, so you have to convince everyone to buy it!
