#1 ravenharm Apr 01, 2010 15:16:11	towards the end of the second edition, there was a adventure module... where vecna who was trapped in the demiplane of dread and players helped to do somthing with him. the only thing i found related to it was a small blurb that it was one of the worst/best/meh adventures and it came with a cd , maybe. anyone know the story line behind that adventure?

Vecna's history on Wiki: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vecna This adventure was intended to bridge editions, from 2nd to 3rd, and also to end the 2nd Edition Greyhawk, Planescape, and Ravenloft settings. Another adventure was released nearly the same time, 'The Apocalypse Stone', to kill off cherished high-level 2E PCs, again clearing the way for 3rd Edition.
