May 23, 2009 13:53:50 I was looking for a module that had a portal to the Astral sea. I don't care if the module does not allow you to go into the portal or if the character is retired after he goes into the portal, I just wish to find a module that has the link for story purposes.

Basically my character just completed the Scepter tower of Spellgaurd and the Lady of prophecy told him that the pillars could be found in the astral sea after she left, so he is going. We carried one of the pillars throughout the adventure and used it to open doors, bull rush bad guys and cross waterways. We grew very attached to them and she told us she was taking them but we got one question and mine was "Where are you taking them?" She said the astral sea and my character and another wishes to go and get their pillar back, so we are willing to retire our characters to follow our story.

Wish I could help you here, but I'm not personally aware of such a portal. Certain elements from various other adventures could certainly be used to such an effect, though. If you have not had a chance to read or review the Specials, I highly recommend doing so - those two adventures have ample opportunity to meet your goals.

My local play group retired from LFR to follow the story hooks presented in EAST1-1 and the general East Rift area. We've been loving it, and I hope your group does as well!
