Has anyone used WotC Con Support? What was your expeience with using Con Support? Any tips?

I am running a con at my LGCS, we are playing the GenCon 08 Special on Saturday May2 and we may do some various mods on Sunday.

I know one mod does not make a con, but I want to get my feet wet before I venture on to organizing a larger con. We will end up with 30 or so gamers and I would to give them some SWAG and reward the judges for volunteering.

I have already emailed [email]conventionsupport@wizards.com[/email] and haven't heard back from them yet, it's only been 4 days?
