The announcement reads as follows: Hello Gen Con Attendees! We are excited to announce more details for the brand new registration system. Please take a few minutes to read the information below. * RUBI – Our New Registration System Regards, The Gen Con Team Our New Registration System (aka RUBI) On Monday, February 9th, at 3:00 pm (ET), RUBI will be ready for adding account details (i.e. your contact information)! Everyone must create a new account in RUBI. Accounts in our old registration system are no longer valid, but your account information is still there. Account details in the old system will be transferred into RUBI if you use the same email in both systems. Here’s what you need to do… To create a new account in RUBI: 1. Go to registration.gencon.com. 2. In the "Sign Up as a New User" section, enter required fields. Be sure to use the email address from your old account. 3. You will then receive email verification. Use the link in the email to validate your account which brings you to the RUBI login page. 4. Log In. 5. Enter or verify your account details. Existing RUBI account: * If you already have a RUBI account, the next time you login you will be asked to enter or verify your account details. Things to know... * Email Verification: If you do not receive email verification within 24 hours after signing up, be sure to check your spam filter first, then contact customerservice(at)gencon.com for assistance. * Multiple Accounts: If you had multiple accounts in the old system with the same email address, no account details will appear in RUBI. Please enter your account details. * System Credit: If you had system credit in the old system and you don’t see it in RUBI, contact customerservice(at)gencon.com and give us your old account information. We will manually transfer it. By signing up for an account now and entering your account details you will have a better Badge Registration experience. Remember, Badge Registration opens Sunday, February 15th at 12:00 pm (Eastern) and Hotel Registration opens on Tuesday, February 17th at 12:00 pm (Eastern).

Our New Registration System (aka RUBI)

On Monday, February 9th, at 3:00 pm (ET), RUBI will be ready for adding account details (i.e. your contact information)! Everyone must create a new account in RUBI. Accounts in our old registration system are no longer valid, but your account information is still there.
