I would like to announce the LFR Twin Cities Kick off event. Justin Engelking and I have been plotting for a couple of weeks now to put together an event to help get LFR going in the Twin Cities. I am happy to say that we have secured a space and can now share details will you all. We will be holding a kick off event at the Source Comics and Games on Sunday the 28th of September starting at noon. Below is the proposed schedule of events. Schedule: Noon till 1:45 Character Creation, RPGA sign up, Weekend in the Realms Discussion, Game Day Ideas 1:45-2:00 Muster 2:00-6:00 Run Modules Core 1-1: Inheritance and Waterdeep 1:1Heirloom We will try and run as many tables as possible. Currently Justin and I are the only two GMs. If you are a herald level GM and are willing and available to run a table please contact Justin at plaidosyluth@... or me at roguerpj@... so we can offer as many opportunities for gaming as possible. This event is intended as a starting point. Justin and I do not consider ourselves to be the local authority on LFR by any means. We just want to play and think that talk is good, but actions are even better. Please come share your ideas and desires so that we can all benefit from a broad and diverse gaming community. Justin has set up a Warhorn page with a signup sheet and schedule. It can be found at http://www.warhorn.net/TwinCities/ If it is not currently open it will be by tomorrow morning. The event contact info is as follows: The Source 1601 Larpenteur Avenue Falcon Heights, Minnesota 55113 651-645-0386 Store Hours: Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 9 PM Sunday, Noon to 6 PM http://www.sourcecandg.com/ If you are unable to attend, please come join us at http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/lfr_tcmn/ . It is intended for local players to be able to have a forum to organizing LFR events. Sincerely, Rob Johnson
