This batch includes the oft-rumored ship tiles (2 sets!) and some people have reported receiving the Homlett adventure as well. Be patient, check the mail, and hopefully the spooky powers of the RPGA will hook you up. |

I updated my info in time but I stil have not gotten my adventure. Can anyone help? I got mine today. Signed up late and though I missed the deadline. You also had to sign up for RPGA rewards if you were not already signed up. |
| #5KM.549Aug 17, 2009 16:50:27 | I think I did but I would like to know if there is any way I can check if I did and I will be getting a copy. |

| #7KM.549Aug 27, 2009 19:50:54 | Well a friend of mine who updated his info and all that a day before i did got his copy. I'm still waiting for mine. How do I contact customer service to find out if I will be getting one? |

I have found out that it is very easy to think you have signed up without really having done so and as a resultyou miss out on nice promos like this. If you weren't already signed up several months ago (probably before your friend updated his info) it's too late to get the village of Homlet.
Customer Service numbers are: US/Canada: (800) 324-6496 |
| #9KM.549Sep 01, 2009 17:15:51 | Thanks for the phone numbers. I just got of the phone with customer service. Was talking for almost an hour. After talking with them for a bit and they helped me sign up for rewards they said I should be getting the adventure in the mail. *crosses fingers* Thanks to the three people that put up with my ranting on the phone. |
| #10KM.549Oct 22, 2009 20:48:50 | Well I got it in the mail today. But since then I have discovered Pathfinder. 4th ed is really not for me. Plus I thought the the people at WOTC customer service could have been alot better. I told them I thought I had signed up and would be getting the adventure. They said i had to sign up for the rewards program, that part is not automatic when you sing up normally. But I thought I did everything right but the instructions were really not clear. It just said that I had to update my RPGA info, not sign up for the reward program to get the adventure. The person for customer service admited to me that WOTC did screw up and sent the adventure out to people that were not suposted to get it. I asked them if they could just send it out to me then, since they already admited they screwed up, whats one more person? They refused to do so unless I signed up for the rewards program. I feel they forced me to do it just to get the adventure. Even though WOTC admited to me they screwed up and sent a FREE promo product to people that did not deserve it, they could not send out another copy of this free promo product to someone that has been a loyal TSR/ WOTC product buyer/ supporter for almost 30 years because I had to wait for my turn once i signed up for the reward program. Its not like I was asking for a free copy of a retail product from them. I truly thought I did everything right and expected it sooner. I'm going to support Pazio now.
