Activating my RPGA account...

Dec 06, 2008 0:17:01 It's been months since I signed up for the RPGA, and I still can't activate my account. I have a 10-digit RPGA number, but my DM tells me that my card didn't have an activation code. How do I activate my account?

My RPGA number is 1211207276, by the way.

Dec 06, 2008 12:00:04 I think you need to get a new number. All the new ones come with an activation code. I don't beleive the old numbers are activatable anymore.

That is not quite correct. Once you have played an RPGA event with the number you have been given, then you can email cutomer support with your informaiton and they will send you a temporary password to log into your account.

You can't PRE-activate the cards that have no activation code. But they are legal RPGA numbers.

This was how I activated MY account just 2 months ago.

Joseph should be perfectly fine though. Use the "Contact Us" link at the bototm of this page, or the "Help" link at the top of non-forum wizards.com pages.
