Well, looks like there's a whole new look for the front pages of the D&D/RPGA/etc site.

Only logging in (assume that I'm even in the -right- place) isn't working. It seems to be looping on something ...

That's better than what I get... I keep winding up at the Judging portion of the website...

Sorry, I passed my Herald test... I want to sanction modules... not re-take the test.

Well, I'd put in a ticket for Customer Service only ... I can't seem to find it. Or a lot of things for that matter.

I cannot get to the even sanctioning section, either. My browser just says it can't connect to the page when I click on the Member services link.

In general, it would be nice if links to the RPGA and LFR were more prominent on the main D&D pages. You kind of have to hunt for stuff. Not right.

If you click 'Events' on www.wizards.com/dnd and click 'Schedule an Event' you end up logging into the Judge's Centre. Click 'Personal Information Center' and you're taken to the familiar members' site.

It's also directly accessible at webapp.wizards.com/personal.aspx

Customer Service is linked from the 'Corporate' list in the very bottom band of links, and www.wizards.com/customerservice redirects to the main Customer Service page

If things are failing at any stage there may be a corruption of your WotC website account(s). See the thread linked from my signature for more details and to report the problem.

Despite what Ian Richards said a while back, it does indeed look as if the name 'RPGA' is becoming less and less prominent. However in effect the RPGA has one of the eight tab/links across the top of the new site, as 'Events' is basically 'RPGA' under a different name.

Hope that helps!

Pedr, sometimes I think they should hire you for Customer Service.

Thanks Pedr for finding all that.

I really want to smack the WotC info designers at the moment. Oh wait, is that against the use terms? ;)

Well, that was pretty un-intuitive. Yell

Thanks, Pedr!

It is unintuitive, but I have learned a long time ago that when it comes to computers and internet, at times just randomly trying a couple of links does wonders ;) [I had found the link through trying before noting this threat.]
