We're talking about wanting PVP, throwing tantrums, can't read the dice, throws said dice, constantly losing character sheets, doesn't understand direction (e.g., "what do you at the tunnel?" "Were in a tunnel?") etc. |

If you, as an organizer, feel that a player is disruptive to the game, or legitimately disturbing to the other players, I believe that you do have the right to ask him to curb his disruptive behavior. If he cannot (or won't), I believe you have the right to ask him to no longer participate. |

While any DCI/RPGA member is "legal" for play, disruptive behavior isn't acceptable, and if you/your table have a problem with banning him, it's also possible to discuss having the player banned from events via your venue. If, for example, he's a disruption, you might talk to the FLGS owner (if you play at your FLGS), and see what options they would back you up on. |

If I'd had a talk with this player about this sort of behavior and they still acted this way I'd ban such a player regardless of their mental status. But talk to them about it first. If no one has complained, they may be assuming such behavior is "ok". (I know, I know, it couldn't possibly be, but some folks are just not raised the same as others). |
