#1 Greyson Apr 14, 2010 11:08:00	For a week I've tried Knowledge Base ID 1756 "Add a Venue" to add a location to my WPN public venue list. But, I get an error every damn time. I've tried from two different computers at evey hour of the day. Is this system just down? I also get an eternal "sending personal information over an unecrypted connection" message when trying Knowledge Base's E-mail tab. Any advice? I even called today and was told to use the online form (which hasn't worked in a week!).

There are/were some systemic problems with the email/form system affecting a large number of accounts, and the only solution was to follow the process in the linked thread. Personally, to add a venue I'd contact your local WPN representative and see if they can do it for you as that seems to be the safest and most efficient method at the moment (although it might not be the 'approved' one).
