| #1D-MarNov 14, 2008 16:07:05 | It seems that my reporting a game is not creating web accounts for new RPGA members. I reported two games and for each game it had me fill in the RPGA number and then first and last name. I did so and reported. I had the player try to log in with the default password from the FAQ and he could not log in. What am I doing wrong? |
| #2monadNov 14, 2008 20:10:58 | I'm having that problem as well. It's only into the third week since my RPGA card info was sent in, so I don't expect that to be processed yet. However, two of the three events I've been in have been processed, and yet neither of the "default passwords" listed in the FAQ work. Since I can't access my account to turn on access to the rewards program, I'm starting to get vaguely concerned that I'm going to lose the points I've accumulated (or at least should be accumulating) so far. Not to mention I can't take the DM test and get moving on starting the group I've been planning. |

If they're RPGA cards with less than 10-digits, simply throw them away. They don't work. If they're RPGA cards with 10 digits, or DCI cards without scratch-off panels, they won't be entered until they're received and entered by WotC. You can always try contacting the WPN directly (www.wizards.com/customerservice) and ask them to activate your account, but I've heard mixed tales as to the success of that. |

I did this recently (early last week) and they did. There was some initial oddness with my CS activated account though. A DM for an event I played in after Gen Con (where I obtained my RPGA number) told me he was having a problem entering the adventure results for my account (which used LFR character #2). Apparently he would type in my RPGA # and it would still ask for the my first and last name, which usually means the membership hadn't been processed yet. He had this problem with another player as well. I had logged in early last week and created a second character in my account, but he couldn't see it later in that week to apply the results to. I played in another adventure this past weekend and asked him to try to log that previous adventure again this week. Apparently it worked this time because I see the adventure logged for that character. Hopefully there will not be a similar problem with my account in the future. |

I signed up for an account online and whenever I report events I have to enter my first and last name even though my account is activated and I am able to sanction events. I've contacted customer service, they requested I send a screenshot of what happens. I haven't reported an event since they requested a screenshot so I'll see what they say when I send them the screenshot. |
