#1 Arilon Jun 08, 2009 15:09:52	I joined the RPGA like 2 weeks ago - got my card at the WWGD for MM2. I went home that night, got my membership all set up online, took the Herald's exam and passed. Now, how do I sanction an event? I have followed all of the instructions, but when I get to the event (DnD Private play) no venue appears. It tells me I don't have personal information on file. But I do. I've put it in several times. I even have the e-mail confirming I've done it. As well, if I wanted to run an LFR game, how do I sanction that? I have NO way to sanction ANY event. The website is completely unhelpful, so any help anyone can give me would be appreciated. Thanks.
#2 pedr Jun 08, 2009 18:33:12	You shouldn't need to enter any kind of venue for D&D Private Play. You should be able to select - or have pre-selected - 'Non-Public Venue' or something similar. If this is not the case, it's most likely that something odd is going on with your account, in which case you'll need to contact the WPN via www.wizards.com/customerservice and using the 'Email Us' tab.
