| #1tacroy7Jun 03, 2008 11:57:43 | I downloaded 2 modules for my home game I'm running. COR6-04 COR6-05 Both say in the desc that they retire from play on dec 31 of last year. But both were just downloaded from the "request a game" site on the RPGA lately. Are these legit to play and report? Or do I need to cancel / close this one and make a new one with different mods? My players are wanting to play something more RP and not in a dungeon setting and these looked good, but how am I to know if they are retired or not before downloading them? THANKS! |

The retirement dates in the system are usually the 'effective' dates - you're unlikely to be breaking any rules by playing something that's in the system, although it's always worth keeping up to date with the development of rules within a campaign. The extension of LG play was announced in late August 2007, a couple of weeks after the announcement of 4E/the end of LG. Sometimes it's not quite as simple as finding an adventure in the ordering system and playing it - for instance you can only play CGR modules with a first level Living Greyhawk character or one which played a CGR module while first level. |
