You're gonna have to let it ride out as is. You cannot change or modify your own event database. Wizards of the Coast says to e-mail the RPGA if you nned to amend an event. But in five years years with the RPGA, two of them as a LG triad, they have NEVER responded to an e-mail asking for a change to an event. Just run your event the way you need it done. I would not worry too much about the RPGA event database or how your event appears in it. If the RPGA cared enough, they'd change the system of ordering, managing and reporting events.
