| #1madouleAug 19, 2008 17:36:12 | Hello Recently I held a scantioned event DLG808CA. Today after figuring out the new rpga password and number, i tried to report the event with the recent cards that I got in the mail from RPGA. However, every time I try to add players to the session it is giving me an error, stating that the number is wrong. They have all mailed thier response cards the day I handed them out. I have contacted DCI and the help desk with this question and have gotten back generic responses about waiting 3-4 weeks for them to process the numbers. However I was under the assumption that you did not need to wait you could just report the event, type in their RPGA number (Yes we tried adding numbers to the front) and their name for them to get credit. Should we get new cards? Any advice on this would be great. I would like to get this resolved so I can download more events. I also need this clarified soon becuase I would not like to have to cancell this event and I have 8 days to report it. Thanks |
