Hello,

I am a new RPGA player/dm and the following question has come up, I looked through the general RPGA rules and did not see an obvious answer so I thought I would ask here.

1. I create an RPGA sanctioned event to DM
2. My wife creates a new character to play in the event
3. I report the results of the event using her RPGA number for that character
4. Sometime later I go to a convention that my wife is not able to attend.

Am I allowed to run her character through an adventure using my RPGA number? Or is a character tied to the RPGA number of the person who first plays it?

The character is tied to the *person*. So is the RPGA number.

To clarify I suppose, you assign each of your characters a sequential number starting at 1. When you fill in the paperwork, along with your RPGA number you also submit the number of the PC you're playing.
