| #2icedcrowFeb 05, 2009 9:37:33 | Nevermind I found the link. |
| #3kenobi65Feb 05, 2009 11:08:00 | Just in case that link doesn't answer your question: You can run adventures you've written yourself as RPGA-sanctioned events, but they're fundamentally "home campaigns" (they're even denoted as such in the event ordering system). One thing to note (because it's been asked a few times) is that you can't mix-and-match your home-written adventures (or adventures from other sources) with Living Forgotten Realms adventures, and let the PCs gain rewards from both -- LFR PCs can only gain XP, gold, and treasure from LFR adventures. This means that, if your players play their LFR PCs in your "home campaign" adventure, they won't gain anything from it, other than memories. ![]() |
| #4icedcrowFeb 05, 2009 14:04:31 | Ahhhh I'd be very happy to run my home campaign as RPGA. When I went to sanction an event, it wouldn't let me move past the "download an adventure" part... i had to choose an adventure to continue with the registration of the event and until I chose an adventure from the list, the Next button was greyed out. What was I doing wrong? The event was registered as "home" |

You need to select *some* adventure before it'll let you continue. If you're sanctioning your home campaign / adventures you've written yourself, there's two "placeholder" adventures that you can select, rather than a specific RPGA adventure. They're entitled something like "D&D Home Campaign - Forgotten Realms" and "D&D Home Campaign - Other". Select whichever one better describes what you're going to be running. Those placeholders don't have actual adventures for you to download; they just represent whatever it is you're going to be running for your home campaign. |
| #6DeathMutantLivesFeb 05, 2009 17:40:38 | Did you press the "Add/Remove Selected Adventures" button after checking off the adventures you want but before pressing "Next"? That is a common mistake -- I have sanctioned many events and I still do it! :P |

| #8icedcrowFeb 06, 2009 9:47:59 | I'll try again later this evening =) |
