Customer service/RPGAsanctioning isn't helping me

I have a tech support/rewards issue, and I can't get anyone to help me with it. I'm hoping someone on this forum has jumped through these hoops before and can give me some advice.

In my RPGA record, I'm 1) missing an event, and 2) have no points for anything. I had my Senior GM send in an appeal for the missing event, and sent in an appeal myself for the missing points (most of them were from DDXP). This was about 9 weeks ago now, and there's been no change. Customer Service denied responsibility and gave me rpgasanctioning@wizards.com to try. They haven't responded to my email.

Also, I can't edit my personal information. I got around that my giving my personal info to Chris Tulach at DDXP and he entered it directly into the database, but I still can't change anything myself (it accepts my changes, but when I go back in, the changes didn't occur). Again, I tried customer service and rpgasanctioning, and the same thing happened (the former said they couldn't help, the latter never responded).

Can anyone give me some advice?

Re the personal details: The system always shows them blank as standard whenever you log in, it's not set us to show you what they are. (assuming that is your problem.)

I don't think that's the problem. For instance, originally it had my name as "A," it had no address or email or anything, and I couldn't enter them. I couldn't take the Herald DM test because it needed an email address. Not that Mr. Tulach entered them in, they're there and I can see them, and I was able to take the DM test, but if I every have to change them again I won't be able to do it.

I got the points resolved by updating my original custserv request, telling them that rpgasanctioning was ignoring me.
