This season i'll be DMing the comming D&D encounter in my far far away country (Chile, southamerica), but i'm nervous because i haven't the material to do it. I know it keeps a week to receive it, but here usually happens that these things don't come at time or just never come. That it's very annoying because i order it a month ago and i expected to have it faster, but results to be nothing.

So my question is: How long takes to receive the packet? Have any other south american this problem? Whom i can send a mail to have an official answer?

(Sorry if my english it's not good enough =X)

I used to live in Colombia... I know all about slow mail and it not arriving at all! And, tu hablas el ingles muy bien, no te preocupes!

I can't say how long it takes to receive the packets abroad. Your best bet is to contact your WPN (Wizards Play Network) organizer and ask them. This is usually done through the gaming store (if that isn't you). They are very helpful and can likely tell you when it was mailed.

You can also contact WPN Support.
