| #1bludvayneNov 29, 2008 15:17:01 | I attended my first DCI sanctioned M:TG tournament about a month ago on a whim. It was a sealed deck event held at a store that an old classmate of mine had just opened. It was the first event held at this store so I went to support him. I quit playing Magic years ago. I'm far more interested in LFR, which he is hoping to get started in his shop soon. My most immediate question; is there a difference between a DCI and RPGA account? Do I qualify for the RPGA by now having a DCI membership, or do I have to attend an RPGA event before I am a member of the RPGA? |

They have had no problems logging into their DCI/RPGA number and now seeing the my characters link after the first game was reported and their stats/numbers/rewards are all in line. Be sure to go to http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=rpga/rewards/welcome and click on sign up at the bottom of that page as well to sign up for the RPGA rewards if you are going to do LFR. |
